Project Architect/Manager - Multifamily Mid-high rise

The Project Architect/Project Manager will lead the technical design of High-rise and Mid-rise Multifamily projects from schematic design through construction to maintain standards of excellence. Technical design responsibilities include drawing documentation, specifications, consultant coordination and construction administration including shop drawings, submittals and contractor coordination / direction as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience.

5-10 years of experience in architectural practice as a project architect with RECENT Multifamily or Tower project experience is required.

Architectural registration highly desired with current license, NCARB registration desired and LEED Green Associate Accreditation desired.

must be proficient in Revit

Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere, and meet deadlines.

Experience putting document packages together;

Consultant coordination;

Experience directing at lease one other team member.

High-rise and midrise experience preferred (concrete and wood framed projects)
