Pathway to Prosperity:

As a Senior Bookkeeper (AU), you will oversee all day-to-day financial operations for the company. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll tasks, and reconciling bank accounts. Previous experience as a Bookkeeper and Xero certification are essential for success in this role.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Mon - Fri 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Work Setup: Permanent Work from Home

Building Blocks of Financial Brilliance:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.

Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles.

Proficiency in bookkeeping software.

At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within a business-services environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Experience with accounting software such as Xero is required.

Ability to prepare, review, and understand financial statements.

The Pillars of Senior Bookkeeping Mastery:

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Reconcile taxes and bank accounts at the end of each month.

Monitor financial transactions and reports.

Process accounts receivable and payable.

Process checks.

Understand ledgers.

Collaborate with an accountant when necessary.

Manage monthly payroll using accounting software.
