Summary:

As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll engage in a dynamic and multifaceted role that requires a blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and effective communication. Your pivotal responsibility involves analyzing and optimizing business processes. Your primary objective is to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Business Process Outsourcing Analysis & Improvement:

Identify areas for process optimization, streamlining, and enhancement.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to pinpoint pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Conduct process discovery, simulation, and re-engineering efforts to maximize efficiency.

Overseeing the implementation of updated processes.

Training employees on updated processes.

Assess contingency plans as well as exit & termination strategies defined by the department and stay vigilant for any necessary adjustments.

Establish essential performance and risk indicators, as well as relevant reporting mechanisms.

Data Quality Assurance:

Understand the intricacies of various processes within the organization.

Investigate data discrepancies, anomalies, and inconsistencies.

Disseminate all issues, questions, and updates to the relevant data-related parties within the region. This includes providing necessary training and recommendations to team members who enter data, aiming to improve data quality.

Be adaptable and able to collaborate with others in the region who support different systems (such as D365, Salesforce, or Applied Epic).

Possess knowledge about Dynamics and work closely with other data contacts/owners in the region to drive significant improvements when data issues are identified.

Draft and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Continuous Improvement:

Establish metrics and monitoring systems to enable data-driven decisions related service quality.

Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Drive process analysis across all relevant functions.

Scope of responsibilities may change with shifting business priorities.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize competing assignments with tight deadlines in environments with frequent interruptions.

Strong capability to communicate the key messages of analytics to business partners.

Strong proficiency to be able to effectively communicate to all business partners on topics such as different technologies, project management, and the status in which projects are in.

Strong project management skills with the capabilities to start a project and finish it on communicated timelines.

Capable of organizing team members and being able to delegate responsibilities to achieve objectives within a project.

Ability to value projects based on metrics that translate into dollars saved or gained.

Record tasks and time spent on varying projects.

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of pro-actively identifying, sourcing, and handling multiple initiatives at one given time to successful completion.

Demonstrates personal commitment and drive to meet or exceed objectives.

Must be a team player and willing to work in a changing environment.

Education, Training and Experience:

4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.

1-3 years of experience in an analyst role or related field.

Proficient ability with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel (v-look ups, pivots, macros, If statements)

Report generation capabilities including graphics.

Knowledge and experience using Canva, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint.

Proficient ability to read, write, and edit query macros.

Proficiency in process modeling tools and techniques.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proven experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), preferred.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $72,000 to $81,000 per year.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications,

professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
