Logistics Engineer

POSITION DUTIES: Responsible for material flow including receiving goods post refurbishment, product transformation (ie.

Update/load software), and substitution logic/compatibility.

Involved in IT system flow within CRM, ERP, WMS, UPS Quantum View, FedEx Ship Manager, and TMS.

Onboarding & amp; managing 3PL’s as well as freight audits and paying suppliers.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to deal with customers under stressful conditions.

Comply with laws, regulations, and standards.

Rectify problems such as damages, shortages, and non-conformance to specifications.

Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with those on your team, as well as cross- functionally.

Extensive experience with the full Microsoft Office suite including the ability to conduct detailed analysis in Microsoft Excel such as analyzing sales trends, building forecast models, building vlookup formulas and running macros.

Manage all inventory and replenishment KPIs such as, but not limited to, Out of Stock, Shrink, MAPE, Service, Safety Stock.

Involved in training complex inventory and systems concepts to 3PL’s, warehouse employees, supervisors, and managers.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or similar related field EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 24 months of experience as a Logistics Engineer or related occupation SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: ERP; Big Data Tool; WMS (Warehouse Management System); EDI (Electronic Data Interface); API (Application Interface Programming) RATE OF PAY: $130,000/year paid semi-monthly HOURS: 40 hours/week.
