Junior Accountant

Our CPA firm for its Herndon location is seeking for a Junior Accountant.

Junior Accountant with minimum of 2 years of U.S. Public Accounting, with experience Tax and accounting areas.

Job Duties:

Preparation of Financial statements (bookkeeping) using Accounting CS or QuickBooks) for clients – monthly, quarterly

Prepare sales tax returns – monthly, quarterly for different states and make pre-payments

Prepare tax returns – individual, corporation, partnership, non-profit

Prepare payroll returns – quarterly

Prepare business property tax

Representation of clients’ businesses before Federal and all States Tax authorities for audit and examination

Preparation of Audited financials of 401k and other Employees’ Pension plans of the business entities

International tax filing and compliances

Another task from time to time

Must be computer literate with excellent communication skills.
