About the Department

The Channels & Digitalization function enables end-to-end seamless connectivity for UOB customers across all physical and digital touchpoints of the Bank. Designed to be in tune with our customers’ banking preferences, we strive to enhance engagement and deliver exemplary experiences across our network of branches, self-service machines and digital platforms. We collaborate with FinTech ecosystem partners to keep abreast of developments in the FinTech innovation space and to embed ourselves in our customers’ lives. We also harness customer insights to help us deliver new business models and digital innovations, and to build deeper relationships with our customers.

Job Responsibilities

1. Memberikan semua layanan transaksi keuangan tunai dan non tunai nasabah seperti : penyetoran, penarikan, pengiriman uang, dan pembayaran tagihan untuk seluruh produk dan jasa Bank telah berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan dan prosedur yang berlaku

2. Melakukan Open Till dan Close Till

3. Memastikan kebenaran dan keabsahan transaksi tunai dan non tunai nasabah

4. Memastikan setiap proses penghitungan uang tunai telah dilakukan dengan benar

5. Mendeteksi uang yang diragukan keasliannya

6. Melaporkan dengan segera kepada Head Service Assistant/SBM/SBS jika terjadi selisih dan membuat Berita Acara Selisih kas apabila terdapat selisih kas yang bukan disebabkan selisih pembulatan

7. Melakukan Cash In dan Cash Out ke/dari Head Service Assistant/SBM

8. Melakukan replenish ATM sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku

9. Melakukan Cross Sellling produk dan layanan Bank

10. Membuat laporan yang terkait dengan unit kerja Service Assistant

11. Mendukung tugas tim Orisco,QA,Audit Internal/Eksternal dalam melakukan pemeriksaan terkait unit kerja Service Assistant

Job Requirements

Max 28 years old

Minimum S1 (preferable from Accounting, Finance, Management & Banking);

Preferably have a minimum of 1 year banking experience

Have good computer skills (MS. Word & Ms. Excel);

Good (active) English skills;

Have good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
