TITLE: Sr Supply Chain Analyst

LOCATION: Puducherry, Bahour commune.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a senior supply Chain Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

· Position accountable for service parts and spares data analysis

· Responsible for managing and supporting the procurement teams

· Track organization warranty parts, spend, update MCC price in the system, Core reconciliation, MRO PO’s to suppliers

· Support MASP planners and act as an interface to assigned end-customers on particular projects and NPI activities.

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to bring organization and control to ambiguous tasks supporting current production and legacy product support.

· Maintain the highest standards of financial and process controls for local and global compliance.

· Negotiate with suppliers on parts cost and deliveries.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 5 years related experience

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving/troubleshooting, communications, presentation, and problem-solving skills

· Effective time/resource management and project management skills/capabilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint

· Working knowledge of and experience with ERP systems

· Financial acumen a plus

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS:

· Technical background in electromechanical parts related to ATM modules is a plus

· Quality knowledge of mechanical parts

· Competency in and working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, pull systems, and inventory reduction methods, as well as overall supply chain and inventory strategies & practices
