Could This Be For You?:
Fillauer TRS is seeking an entry level employee to fill our Urethane Lab Assistant opening. This full-time employee will focus on hand casting polyurethane and will also be involved in all parts of the manufacturing process. The right candidate will need to be a team player and adept at working independently with a strong ability for self-management. The position will report to the VP of Manufacturing.
Your Impact:
Assist in all phases of polymer production and assembly of products
Safety inspection and cleaning of work area
Hand casting
Quality control
Follow proper assembly protocols
Perform other related or necessary duties as assigned
Proven track record of working well in a team environment
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Basic Chemistry is a must
Strong math
Ability to follow and understand instruction and written procedures
Experience with basic hand tools required
Knowledge of and experience with quality control procedures
Position may be required to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
Position requires 5 or more hours standing
Must be self-motivated, self-managed and willing to learn
Must work well in a team environment
Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
Mechanical knowledge and experience is a plus
Prior experience with polyurethane casting is a plus
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

(Colorado) Pay range of $19.00-22.00/hour + bonus + benefits. This pay range is posted to comply with Colorado Law. Salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
