Job Description:

As a Bilingual Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the online presence and engagement for Arepa Zone, Antojitos de tu País, and Mosaico by Arepa Zone. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and possesses a passion for food, culture, and community building. You will be responsible for handling various tasks, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Engage with our community across multiple social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.

Draft, send, and monitor weekly newsletters for Arepa Zone and Antojitos de tu País, ensuring content is engaging, informative, and aligned with brand messaging and brand personality.

Communicate effectively with marketing teams from La Cosecha and Western Market, our strategic partners, to coordinate promotions, specials, and events. This involves notifying them of new offerings and collaborating on cross-promotional activities.

Collaborate with our videographer to facilitate seamless content creation, ensuring that videos align with brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

Create engaging reels and TikToks that leverage current market trends, showcasing our delicious dishes and unique dining experiences.

Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and recommendations to optimize our online presence and engagement.

Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our establishments, and promote special events or promotions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing and community management. Share insights and recommendations with the team to continuously enhance our digital presence.

Serve as a brand ambassador for our businesses, actively engaging with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders to cultivate relationships and promote positive brand perception.

Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations, including identifying suitable influencers, negotiating terms, and overseeing content creation and promotion.

Reply to Google and Yelp reviews on a regular basis, providing positive and constructive feedback to our team as needed.

Assist in the coordination of events, promotions, and partnerships both online and offline, ensuring seamless execution and maximum exposure for our businesses.

Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed, contributing ideas, creative input, and assistance to achieve overall marketing objectives.

Collaborate with our graphic designer to create media for different applications at our restaurants.

Requirements:

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Proven experience in community management, social media management, or related fields.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Familiarity with the culinary industry or a strong interest in food and culture is a plus.

Knowledge of graphic design and photography is a plus.
