DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn and apply all franchise policies and ensure the store is following the policies
Learn and apply all franchise procedures for making smoothies and food, and work on the line when necessary
Serve as a role model for customer-first behaviors according to company standards
Build a team of customer-focused employees through coaching
Handle difficult customer situations professionally
Handle any customer complaints/concerns
Respond to customer inquiries on a timely basis occasionally
Ensure all products meet Tropical Smoothie quality standards
Schedule and Supervise all employees
Daily financial reporting to Tropical Smoothie franchise owners
Daily bank deposits, as needed
Order food and supplies, as needed
Schedule equipment maintenance, as needed
Oversee all catering orders, as needed
Assist in communicating to cafe employees and enforcing all store policies, standards, and practices
Work with the Franchise Owner to achieve business plan objectives and profitability as set forth in the store operating plan and in the established financial goals
Demonstrate safety consciousness and promote store safety.
Maintain a high level of store sanitation and cleanliness, e.g. cleaning schedules, training, etc. JOB SCHEDULE:
MONDAYS-FRIDAYS: 9AM-5PM

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field (desired)
Experience recruiting, hiring, training & developing employees (desired)
Experience in growing sales & providing excellent customer service
Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house & back of the house
Experience managing cost of goods & labor (desired)
Strong skills in understanding P&L reports & budgets (desired)
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Effective verbal & written communication skills
ServSafe Certification (desired)
