SmithFoods was established in 1909 and has become the largest independent dairy manufacturer in Ohio. We are continuing to grow and are looking for General Laborers to join our team. We are passionate about what we do and work hard at it. We are looking for a team player who will contribute to not only our team's production, but to our culture as a whole.

Qualifications:

Must have a High School diploma or GED

Must be 18+ years old

Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis

Comfortable with standing, pushing, and stacking

Ability to work in and out of cold environments

Must have good communication skills

Compensation/Benefits:

$17.50-$20.04 starting wage

Increases in wage depending on performance

Health, Dental and Vision insurance

401k with company match

Paid time off (vacations, holidays, personal days)

Days/Hours:

Multiple shifts available

Hours may vary based on production schedule

Overtime is required

Days and hours are subject to change
