The position is on-site, allowing you to directly address various tasks, from fixing leaky faucets and electrical issues to painting walls and general maintenance challenges.

For compensation, the Residential Property Handyman position offers a competitive salary ranging from $40,000-$60,000 per year, tailored to your experience and skills. In this Residential Property Handyman role, you are tasked with a broad range of responsibilities to ensure our multifamily properties stay in excellent condition. We highly value your experience in a multifamily setting, as it equips you to effectively handle various maintenance needs. You must possess strong plumbing skills. This includes the ability to replace water heaters, unclog main lines, replace p-traps, and swap out leaking shut-offs. Additionally, you should excel in small electrical tasks such as changing ceiling fans, troubleshooting breaker trips, and replacing switches and outlets. Being adept in drywall repairs is a must for you. You should feel comfortable patching and mudding drywall after accessing plumbing systems and touching up any necessary areas with paint. Carpentry skills are also required, as you will be involved in various repair and maintenance projects.

Plumping, electrical, Drywall, basic handyperson experience

Driver's license

Ability to lift and use basic hand tools

Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills in identifying maintenance issues
