BiltWise Structures, LLC is a systems built housing company based out of Greenwood, SC. We build modular houses in a factory setting. We are working on opening our second location here in Roswell, NM. We are an organization run by modular industry veterans, and we make a high end, versatile, quality product. The Final Finish Team Member at our Roswell plant will report to a changing host of bosses who will be back and forth from SC, as well as supervisors and a Plant Manager on site in Roswell.

Final Finish Team Member

Reports To:

Plant Manager, Final Finish Supervisor

Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring all finish work is completed and up to BiltWise quality standards. This includes but is not limited to: paint, drywall, cabinet, trim, and clean up work. This position will be taking on the majority of the punch list before houses are ready to go to site.

BiltWise houses leave for site ready to be set and finished; they are clean and no details are overlooked

Beautiful homes that have clearly been made with craftsmanship and attention to detail

Essential Functions:

Perform finish work according to plans and specifications

Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, etc.

Perform touch up work to ensure our modules go out the door in perfect condition, ready to be installed

Collaborate with others to complete projects

Clean units from top to bottom before they are wrapped to leave

Troubleshoot and repair minor, mainly cosmetic, issues before modules leave our site

Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite

Required Skills & Abilities:

Keen attention to detail

Able to use common hand tools and power tools

PPE and basic trade tools; all other tools are provided by Impresa

Troubleshooting and communication skills

Physical stamina for lifting equipment and working at various heights and in tight spaces
