We Are Looking For

A Pharmacy Technician who will play a personal role within our community to ensure that our patients receive the medication and care that they need through our medication support program. This position will work under a licensed pharmacist's direct supervision to provide exceptional customer service while assisting patients and filling prescriptions.

Responsibilities

Participate in all aspects of the fulfillment process, including working with robot technology

Perform monthly care calls to ensure successful medication management

Provides concierge-level patient care and customer service

Develop relationships with patients and suggest services that may be beneficial

Assist patients with questions and offer Pharmacist consultationsRequirements:

Ability to grasp new concepts quickly

Ability to use technology and software for order entry, printing labels, ordering medications, and communicating with patients

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy

Excel in a fast-paced pharmacy environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
