Responsibilities
Content Strategy, Research & Implementation
Develop and implement successful community initiatives incorporating engagement, content, and two-way communications across social media platforms for all community segments.
Discover trending topics, community needs, and interests across social media adjusting content and messaging.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations & Legal) to craft effective and relevant social content
Social Media Marketing
Creating, managing, and growing the company's presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other strategically relevant online properties.
Build conversation with other social influencers and media in the space
Work closely with the team to plan and execute an engaging social content pipeline across channels and maintain a calendar
Community Relations
Manage and monitor online feedback / reviewing discussions across social media and address important mentions in real-time through reply, probe, escalation, and documentation
Analytics & Reporting
Define metrics for the social channels and campaigns
Use analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics and campaign feedback on a periodical basis with performance and actionable insights for leadership
Continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
Business Development
Responsible for strategic business development and sales through social media
Requirements
5 years of experience in market research, social media / digital marketing, online communities or consumer insights
Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution
Good in numbers and analytics, reports
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
Internet and technology savvy; experienced with blogs, social networks, mobile apps, etc.
Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Indonesian
Strong proofreading and grammar skills in both English and Indonesian
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SEO, Google Analytics
