About the Role:

We are looking for a talented UX Designer & Front-End Engineer to undertake a critical project-based role. This position will focus on redesigning and enhancing the user experience of our desktop web application to achieve a sleek, intuitive interface that facilitates easy navigation and promotes user engagement. Reporting to the co-founder who oversees the technical development of our platform, this role will collaborate closely with our back-end and AI engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

Redesign and implement a modern, user-friendly interface for the desktop web application using Figma, where initial design materials are already available.

Develop intuitive user flows to ensure a seamless, frictionless experience that minimizes user confusion and maximizes engagement.

Implement responsive front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React and Next.js, integrating closely with backend systems.

Collaborate with the technical team to translate design concepts into functional user experiences.

Utilize feedback from early users and analytics to guide design improvements and iterations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in UX design and front-end development, with a strong portfolio that includes modern and user-centric design projects.

Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, and solid skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and Next.js.

Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical team members in a collaborative environment.

Strong communication skills, with the capability to work under the guidance of our co-founder and alongside our engineering teams.

Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion, ideally in a startup environment.
