Our client is a regulated Investment Firm, specializing in Prime Brokerage Services. They are seeking to hire a Customer Support Agent in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Assisting clients in a friendly, helpful manner via Live Chat and email.
Answer all emails received from clients regarding queries on the account opening process as well as amend existing accounts
Develop and maintain great relationships with current and new clients.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing desired outcomes
Ensuring that all Payment Gateways are online and working properly
Carries out any further duties assigned
Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and update the Company's software about the collection of these documents
Forward financial matters and requests to the Funding Department
Liaise with the Head Customer Support & Back Office for any queried issues
Requirements:
Excellent command of the English language - Other EU languages at a professional level will be highly appreciated.
Previous experience in a similar position in the Forex/Financial industry will be considered an advantage.

Ability to work rotation shifts*
IMPORTANT: The position is based on rotating weekly shifts (8am-4pm, 4pm-12am, 12am-8am)*.
