Our client is a regulated FX Broker with offices in Dubai, Seychelles, Cyprus and Nigeria. They are seeking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager for the ASIA market to join their team remotely.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Forex industry for ASIA market. You will play a crucial role in expanding their client base, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing their presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential business opportunities within the Forex market (ASIA Market)

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and profitability

Negotiate and close business deals, including partnerships, white label agreements, and client acquisitions

Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress towards targets

Stay updated on industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and competitive positioning

Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events and conferences. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the forex industry, both locally and internationally

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, analyze market trends, and stay updated on industry developments

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including forex brokers, institutional investors, and high net worth individuals

Understand client needs and propose tailored trading solutions and services to meet their requirements

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new clients

Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify potential threats and opportunities for the company

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Willingness to travel as needed

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for business development and relationship management

A previous experience with IBs in ASIA

A ready IBs/Affiliate portfolio to bring into the company is a must

Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development or sales roles within the forex industry.

In-depth knowledge of the forex market, including trading platforms, products, regulations, and industry trends.

Native in Chinese and fluent in English

Strong network of contacts within the forex industry, including brokers, institutional investors, and potential clients

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate effectively, and close sales

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective strategies

Benefits:

Salary depends on experience: 3000 - 4500 EUR Gross/ month + commission
