Head of Partnerships

Our client is a CySec regulated FX Broker and they are seeking to hire an experienced Head of Partnerships join their team in Limassol and to grow its Partnership and Affiliation team.

Key Responsibilities:

Build a robust team of business developers focusing on expanding partnerships internationally

Provide ongoing support to team members on a day-to-day basis

Lead team by providing guidance, training and mentorship

Create both team and individual KPIs and create a plan to ensure targets are met

You will be driving partnership initiatives ensuring they align with the business strategy with a focus on Master IBs, local offices and introducing brokers across the globe

Manage and grow relationships with selected affiliates and partners

Attend face-to-face meetings with both prospective and existing partners both locally and abroad

Attend expos and corporate events globally in order to generate business

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience with a Forex Regulated Company in the same position

A strong portfolio of affiliates and partners focused on the European clients base portfolio is a must

Proven experience as a partnership professional

Extensive experience in Equities, FX, Indices, Commodities and Crypto

Experience in relationship management and client retention

Language skills would be highly beneficial

Excellent IT skills

Accuracy, precision and attention to detail

Excellent communication both written and verbal

Already based in Cyprus - EU citizenship is a must

Benefits:

Salary depends on experience 40000 - 52000 EUR Gross/ Year + commission
