Our client is a well-established CySec Regulated FX Company, offering innovative investment and FinTech services to professional traders and institutions. They are seeking to hire a Payments Officer to join their team in Limassol.
Responsibilities / Duties:
Processing financial transactions (withdrawals, transfers, deposits)
Reviewing and dealing with pending and failed transactions (credit card, PSP and Bank Internal checks,)
Performing daily reconciliation of platforms, providers, and systems
Responding to customers' Funding inquiries and resolving their pending cases
Generating weekly / monthly Reports and reviewing them along with the Head of Funding
Integration of new PSP as per companys needs and dealing with Settlements for each PSP and Banks
Daily Communication with PSP to resolve any client cases and overall keeping up to date any KYCDD for all providers
Identifying and enhancing internal Procedures, systems and controls for the department
Monitoring PSP flow, transaction volumes and Fees and assist to develop and enhance the department efficiency
Dealing with Chargebacks
Required Experience/Qualifications:
1.5-2 years of previous experience in a similar position with involvement in payments and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) within the financial industry or other related fields
University degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant field
CySEC Advanced Diploma will be considered an advantage
Knowledge of KYC and reconciliation of client funds
Experience in reporting, preferably with Power BI or any other reporting tool
Proficiency in working with data visualization, insights, and dashboards
Experience in working with PSPs
Preferred experience in remotely managing teams.

Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools
Effective team player
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work on a 24/7 weekly basis shifts (08:00 to 16:00, 16:00-00:00 and 00:00a.m-08:00 on rotation)
