They are seeking to hire an experienced Corporate Administrator to join their team in Limassol.
Responsibilities:
Formation of companies to Registrar of Companies and ongoing administration
Preparation and drafting of corporate documents
Changes of Cyprus Companies through Registrar of Companies
Arranging for legalization of documents (certifying officer, apostille)
Liaising with clients
Opening Bank accounts
Filing, maintaining and updating the Companys records, systems, files etc.
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in a similar role
Fluent in English
Experience with local registrar and apostilling documents
Experience in opening bank accounts
Experience in the Corporate and Legal industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
