DAY TO DAY AS A CAR DEALERSHIP SERVICE REP

As a Car Dealership Service Rep, you're the first friendly face our customers see as they walk through our doors - and you are responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and effective service every step of the way. You're an expert at conducting thorough inspections of vehicles, providing maintenance advice, and keeping our customers informed every step of the way. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS CAR DEALERSHIP SERVICE REP JOB

Thorough knowledge of vehicle repair work

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures or government regulations

Excellent customer service skills

Basic math skills

Previous experience is preferred, though it isn't required. If you're great at listening and problem-solving, this may be the perfect position for you!
