Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients in the motorsports and RV community.

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options.

Generate leads and drive sales through networking, outreach, and referrals.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to effectively advise clients and drive business growth.

Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.

Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Work independently and as part of a team.

Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred but show us what you got.

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

Commitment to excellence, willingness to work hard, and willingness to go the extra mile.

Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.

Must be familiar with recreational vehicles such as Motorcycles, Boats, Off Road Vehicles, Marine Vessels, Snowmobiles, Travel Trailers and Motorhomes.

Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred

Must be able to pass a background check
