Essential Responsibilities:
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) at A-1 is responsible for delivering a first-class experience for our customers at every interaction. The right candidate enjoys working directly with customers and is able to maintain a professional disposition in any scenario. Additionally, the CSR will be able to manage all workflow through our multiple channels of communication with clients and internal team members.
Handle 50 - 100 calls a day professionally and timely.
Answer all inquiries via phone, email, and online.
Book ground transportation reservations for customers and assist with logistical planning and modifications as needed.
Responsible for accurate record keeping and data entry.
Quickly handle real-time changes and maintains healthy lines of communication with dispatch and field operatives.
Work professionally and effectively with 3rd party affiliates and vendors.
Build rapport with each customer and focuses on the overall customer experience.
Work closely with our sales department in efforts that contribute to sales growth.
Work closely with our dispatch department in managing the life of a reservation from intake to delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle escalated calls, complaints, and questions from our valuable customers with urgency and bring them to a positive resolution.
Manage other duties as assigned.

Call Center experience is a plus.
Data entry experience.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional and customer-friendly phone etiquette.
Team player with a solid work ethic.
Must be a self-starter and takes initiative.
Must be able to work one weekend day per week.
High School Degree or GED. Associate (Preferred)
