We are currently looking for in-store Appointment Generation Specialists to join our team.

The main purpose of the role is to generate appointments for customers with heating & cooling needs while working at big box retail locations in Bend and Redmond. You DO NOT have to sell the product; just set appointments for free, in-home, no-obligation estimates with one of our specialists.

Candidate for this position will receive excellent training and have a full-time management and support team to answer any questions and ensure their success! Compensation consists of a generous base pay + commission. At this stage, this is a part-time position, which can develop into a full-time career for those looking to earn a solid income!

Work Hours: Friday - 7 hours, Saturday - 8 hours, Sunday - 5 hours. There's some flexibility on the work schedule, which is to be finalized individually at the interview stage

Pay Scale: $20.00 per hour + $25.00 per appointment set + $25.00 if the appointment turns into a job

Position Summary: Obtain sales leads for the company while working in a major home improvement store. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Fill out lead paperwork in a timely and accurate manner for all leads.
