We're currently seeking a thorough and highly organized individual to join our team as the Workers' Compensation Billing Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the entire billing process for workers' compensation claims.
This multifaceted position involves leading a proficient team of billing professionals, ensuring timely and accurate claim submissions to insurance entities, meticulously resolving all billing discrepancies, and maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations.

Workers Compensation Billing Supervisor Responsibilities
Manage and supervise billing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Oversee the submission of workers' compensation claims to insurance companies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly- Coordinate with medical providers and legal teams to gather necessary documentation for claims processing
Stay updated on workers' compensation billing regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines
Develop and implement processes to optimize billing procedures for efficiency and accuracy
Generate reports and analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:
Proven experience in workers' compensation, billing, or related field
Strong understanding of workers' compensation billing regulations and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of Way-Star software (preferred but not required)
