PRIMARY DUTIES: (In-Person Position)

Answer inbound calls and schedule customers using established dispatching software

Dispatching plumbing related work orders based on urgency

Routing calls to employees

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Invoice customers

Light A/R & A/P

Data EntryQUALIFICATIONS:

MUST be able to communicate clearly and effectively

MUST have a minimum of 3 + years of administrative experience; dispatching in a construction environment/service industry a PLUS

Available to work Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 PM and alternating Saturdays

Proficient in utilizing modern technology

Strong attention to details-is a MUST

High-level organization skills - is a MUST

Excellent customer service skills

Proficient typing skills-minimum of 30 wpm

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

Bilingual English/Spanish a PLUSHourly rate - depends on experience
