ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Spa Linen Management:

- Transport spa linens to and from the laundry facility.

- Skillfully sort, fold, and iron linens, towels, and robes to uphold our quality standards.

- Safely operate laundry equipment as needed.

- Keep inventory stocked and organized, including linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and spa amenities.

- Conduct thorough inspections of linens for stains or damage, treating them accordingly.

- Maintain cleanliness and order in all communal areas.

2. Exceptional Customer Service:

- Extend warm greetings and provide courteous assistance to guests.

- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Offer knowledgeable assistance regarding laundry services and amenities.

- Cultivate a positive and accommodating atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.

3. Comprehensive Cleaning:

- Execute routine cleaning tasks throughout the spa premises.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust various spa areas with precision.

- Ensure showers, steam rooms, dry saunas, restrooms, and communal spaces are meticulously cleaned and sanitized.

- Properly dispose of waste and maintain impeccable cleanliness and safety standards.

4. Locker Room and Relaxation Area Maintenance:

- Retrieve and replenish food and beverage offerings from the kitchen.

- Serve guests with promptness and courtesy, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

- Uphold organization and cleanliness standards in back-of-house areas.

- Regularly restock lockers and replace robes and slippers as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

- While customer service experience is preferred, it's not mandatory.

- Proficiency in conversational English is desirable.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, is essential.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Possess an upbeat, enthusiastic, and customer-centric attitude.

- Exemplify five-star service demeanor, with attention to discretion and appearance.

- Willingness to learn spa operations to better serve our guests.

- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

This role entails working flexible shifts, including weekends, and requires the ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads, as well as stand for extended periods. While prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is beneficial, it's not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.
