The mission of Pinnacle Family Services is to build relationships that enhance lives and support healthy families. We are COA accredited and located throughout the state of NC providing services to children, adolescents, and families.

What Will I Be Doing?

Conducting psychosocial assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans for children, adolescents, and families.

Providing individual and family therapy sessions to address mental health concerns and promote positive coping strategies.

Traveling throughout Cumberland County to deliver services within the coverage area of Pinnacle Family Services.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to support the holistic needs of clients.

Am I a Good Fit?

I am comfortable with travel, on-call duties, and maintaining a flexible schedule that includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

I have experience providing outpatient counseling or psychotherapy, with a willingness to engage in additional services such as medication management, group therapy, or case management.

I am dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children, adolescents, and families, and I am committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in a human services field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, is required.

North Carolina licensure as either LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT is mandatory.

Previous experience working with children who have behavioral diagnoses and their families is preferred, demonstrating a solid understanding of mental health interventions and treatment modalities.

Possession of a reliable vehicle with current registration, insurance, and driver's license, adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws.
