RESPONSIBILITIES
The job responsibilities of this Registered Dental Assistant include, but are not limited to:
Escort patients to treatment rooms and support the patient until the end of their appointment
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Take diagnostically acceptable radiographs and intraoral pictures for patients
Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms
Document thorough and accurate treatment notes for treatment and procedures at the end of each appointment
Review and update patient medical history
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
2+ years assisting in a dental office
Exceptional written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Proficient computer skills and knowledge
Preferred
Experience in assisting during surgical procedures such as extractions, bone grafting, and implant placement.
Experience with iTero digital scanning or similar system
Knowledge in Eaglesoft
Desired
Experience with 3D printing
Experience with sedation
Awareness of biological dentistry or holistic health concepts
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
Registered Dental Assistant
Valid X-ray certificate
CPR & first aid certificate
Salary range: dependent on experience level
