Job Description
$70,000 - $80,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication
Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria
Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available
Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected
Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
Teach, train and walk all new agents through 90 day program.
Qualifications:
4-year college degree required
Superb time management and organizational skills
At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boardsAbout Company
