Job Description

Crystal Clear Cleaning Arizona in Scottsdale, is looking for residential cleaners to join our 5 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged. Pay starts at $19.00 an hour and raises to $20.00 after 30 day evaluation.

All cleaning supplies will be supplied by Crystal Clear so no need to buy your own!

Responsibilities

1. Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.

2. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs.

3. Clean kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, appliances, and cabinets.

4. Wipe down surfaces such as tables, countertops, and furniture.

5. Empty trash bins and replace liners.

6. Change bed linens and make beds.

7. Clean and polish mirrors and glass surfaces.

8. Dust and clean baseboards, window sills, and other surfaces.

9. Clean interior windows.

10. Organize and tidy up living spaces.

11. Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and walls.

12. Clean and sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and remote controls.

13. Sweep and clean entryways and porches.

14. Handle special cleaning tasks such as washing walls or cleaning inside refrigerators or ovens upon request.

15. Follow safety procedures and properly use cleaning equipment and supplies.

16. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report when supplies need to be replenished.

17. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

18. Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy and property.

19. Work efficiently and manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within the designated timeframe.

20. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate person or authority.

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs

Must be eligible to work in the United States.
