As an ERP Clerk - 2nd Shift at Our Home, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of our ERP system during the evening hours. This role of the ERP Clerk contributes to our success by maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting customer service level. This role will ensure inventory accuracy as we as monitor and audit inventory locators so that they are always up to date. The position will develop inventory reports for order accuracy and SOPs that will drive 99.8% order accuracy while following all HACCP procedures, ensuring quality measures, and assisting the production staff.

Responsibilities:

Support activities to meet or exceed business goals around Safety, Training, Quality, Production, and Cost

Storekeeper for all ingredients and raw materials used in Production

Record, track, and process all materials going in / out of production accurately

Consume all materials used for production in the ERP system

Cycle count ingredients

Document discrepancies between inventory records, ERP system and physical counts

Follow FEFO best practices with all ingredients and raw materials

Maintains cleanliness and an organized warehouse where products are stored according to specifications

Ensures ingredients and raw materials are staged in designated areas according to production needs

Comply with all GMP best practices

Ensures that the highest safety and sanitation standards are maintained

Pick supplies and supply production lines with raw materials for production in a timely manner

Track materials through use of the ERP system

Complete consumptions and turn in completed job cards as soon as possible

Perform material verifications and inventory counts as necessary

Ensures that materials staged for orders are accurate

Ensure raw materials are segregated properly (i.e. Organic kept separate from non- organic and Allergens stored properly below non-allergen items)

Oversees stock replenishment according to production needs

Count, verify, rotate and put away raw materials as needed

Restock raw materials once production is complete (ensure pallets are clean, organized, and that all ingredients are labeled properly)

Shrink wrap products to pallets prior to being placed into storage locations

Perform any other duties as required by Manager or Supervisor

Requirements

Previous experience working in a warehouse preferred

Knowledge of RF Scanner

Forklift certification is required

Food Handler Certificate

Basic math and recording abilities

Data entry and computer skills

In depth knowledge of industry safety regulations

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work well on a Team but be self-motivated and Independent

Possesses physical strength necessary to unload and restock supplies

Occasional bending and lifting required (50-80 lbs.)

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Must be able to work in a fast pace environment

Able to work over-time, weekends and Holidays if needed

Must wear GMP-relevant/personal protective equipment such as hair/beard net, gloves, hearing protection

Ability to work in a potentially hot, cold, or humid environment
