Job Overview Azadea Group is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Oman.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Interact with customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders and offering recommendations when necessary.

Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment with precision and care.

Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following company cash handling procedures.

Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Uphold company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications/Skills Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a customer service or food service environment preferred.

Working Environments Fast-paced café environment.

Standing for long periods and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds may be required.
