Renewal Executive

Working towards renewal of policies taken by the customers via- calls & emails.

Follow-up and coordination with relevant departments to provide solution to the customers.

Actively work on the existing client base to renew existing agreements and up sell additional services and products up sell additional products and services to improveaAccount profitability.

Requirements

Communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence (Hindi and English Mandatory, Knowing regional languages will be a plus).

Ability to make focused efforts to win customers. The ideal candidate should be good at negotiation, upsell and upgrading the existing user.

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Having Key account management skills will be a plus
