Job Overview:
A highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue through
our bespoke product – Metlux which currently caters to the perfume industry and will soon be widening its
skills and the experience in perfume industry.
Key Accountabilities (Includes, but not limited to the following):
• Identifying new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential leads
• Conduct presentation and manage meeting with internal and external stakeholders
• Customize sales pitches to address the specific needs and requirements of each client
• Ensuring to build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients for customer satisfaction and
long term relationship
• Responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional
manner
• Preparing and sharing regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management
• Meeting/exceeding the monthly and quarterly assigned sales targets
• Staying up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Identifying opportunities for product improvements/development basis regular feedback from our
clients
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders - sales and marketing team to executive sales strategies
effectively
• Sharing insights and best practices with team members to enhance overall sales performance
• Regularly staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through
training sessions and self-study

Skillsets
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and
exceeding assigned sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both
verbal and written
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive to
succeed
• Proven track record as a Sales Executive or similar role,
preferably in the perfume or perfume packaging industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a

target audience. SHe should have strong understanding for B2B sales, possess excellent communication

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related
field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in sales with minimum one year
• Extensive experience in dealing professionally with key decision
makers and following the top-down approach
