Efficiently manage and update customer contact information databases.

Offer proactive suggestions that align with customer requirements.

Ensure smooth transitions of customer interactions to appropriate departments for further processing or action.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in Tamil with strong communication skills and a good command of English.

Holds any graduate degree.

Experience of 0-6 months in tele calling or customer service roles; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Demonstrated sales acumen with a drive to meet and exceed targets.

Able to handle multiple communication channels effectively and adapt communication style to suit different customer needs.
