Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales Officers to join our sales team in Trichy. This role is ideal for go-getters who are ready to tackle new challenges and consistently meet sales targets. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging directly with customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily field visits to meet with potential clients and promote our products/services.

Achieve a minimum of three sales closures each day.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase product awareness and sales performance.

Report daily sales activities and outcomes to the sales manager.

Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify opportunities for increased sales.

Requirements

Proven experience (1-2 years) infield sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Graduate in any discipline.

Must own a two-wheeler for daily field visits.

Possession of a smartphone in excellent working condition to manage communications and sales apps.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

A go-getter attitude, open to facing and overcoming new challenges.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer demands.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Candidates must be prepared for extensive daily travel within the assigned territory.
