Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Document Manager with at least three years of experience to join our team on a fully remote basis. This role is crucial for organizing, managing, and ensuring the security and efficiency of all documents related to public sector healthcare system implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in public healthcare systems and be adept at creating, controlling, and preserving important documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive document management systems and processes to support the lifecycle of project documentation from initiation through completion.

Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards related to public sector health services and information security.

Manage electronic document storage, retrieval, and sharing systems to ensure ease of access while maintaining confidentiality and integrity of data.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure all project deliverables are documented and archived correctly.

Facilitate effective communication and document flow between project stakeholders.

Prepare for and attend periodic on-site meetings in Wyoming, ensuring alignment and compliance with project requirements.

Conduct regular audits of document management processes and systems to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Public Administration, Health Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of three years of experience in document or information management, with a strong preference for experience in public sector healthcare system implementations.

Proficiency with document management software and strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects with dynamic priorities.

Travel Requirements:

Must be able to travel to Wyoming 1-2 times per year for team meetings and project updates.
