REPORTS TO: Store Manager
Summary: The Team Associate is responsible for creating an awesome client experience while driving sales through outstanding service. The ideal candidate is committed to client satisfaction and demonstrates a strong passion for dog’s health and wellbeing.Role and Responsibilities
Greet and acknowledge every customer (and their dogs) promptly and in an upbeat manner
Actively promote and sell products based on the customer’s needs
Ensure each customer receives outstanding service
Ensures safety and security of all pets, customers, associates, and other visitors always
Provide guests with an exceptional experience
Share product knowledge and suggestions to meet customers’ needs and promote pet health
Positively interact with pet parents
Cleaning
Stocking
Weekdays/Weekends/Evenings shifts Qualifications and Education Requirements
At least 1 year of retail experience
Ability to work as part of a team
Passion for extraordinary customer service and the well-being of pets
Willingness to be educated about the products and services offered
Time management and organizational skills
Must be comfortable working with animals, especially large and small dogs
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly, upbeat manner
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Must be reliable team player with positive attitude, enthusiastic and must have great work ethic
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour based on prior experience.
