Responsibilities:

Lead the team in achieving monthly sales forecast and volume targets while ensuring profitability.

Manage, train, and direct a team of Sales Representatives, setting a professional example of enthusiasm and accountability.

Collaborate with other operational units within the store to maximize the dealership's opportunities.

Provide support to new car and used sales associates in closing deals when needed.

Develop relationships with both employees and customers to enhance the sales process and establish a customer network.

Offer guidance and assistance to customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.

Help customers select the right vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their preferences.

Explain product, performance, applications, and benefits to prospects.

Requirements:

Willingness to train additional sales associates and thrive in a team environment.

Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.

Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially when handling objections and negotiating pricing.

Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Must possess a clean and valid driver's license.
