Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

Oversee and ensure proper operation of the Front Office department such as proper registration and reception for hotel guests.

Control room inventory for respective room types and categories.

Resolve guest complaints in an effective and timely manner.

Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering team to ensure all the rooms are ready to be sold in the period with demand.

General Requirements

Bilingual in English and Japanese.

Minimum 1 year work experience in front desk.

Bachelor’s Degree holder.
