Our team is hiring an Office Coordinator for our location in Ft.

Myers, FL.

It is essential that this candidate possess excellent computer and customer service skills and thrives working in a fast-paced office environment with ever-changing priorities.

Great for entry-level office candidates and those looking for a long-term career with a growing company.Office Coordinator responsibilities including, but not limited to: Coordinating counts and inputting them into computer, in relation to processing packing labels, weights, counts, etc.

Provide administrative support to management staff Distribute information to staff as directed Process purchase orders and maintain files Maintain and request petty cash Maintain operating records and files Generate/type correspondence Special projects Order new hire packs and forms from Corporate Distribute shoes and other incentives Distribute benefits information Maintain safety committee notes Process new hire paperwork for drug screening, DOT physicals and other as applicable Other duties assigned by management Office Coordinator qualifications: Computer knowledge: Windows environment, MS Office Applications; Experience with Microsoft NAV A+ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Organizational and time management skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must be able to meet employer's attendance and live by the company's creed, values and mission.
