WE ARE IN NEED OF A DAYTIME (7AM-3PM; 9AM-5PM) MID-DAY (11AM-5PM) AND EVENING (3PM-9PM; 5PM-9PM) SHIFT SUPPORT DURING THE WEEK AND/OR WEEKENDS.

Our priority is customer service! Team members must be friendly and professional towards customers and each other at all times. As a Crew Member, you are expected to:

take customer orders with our point-of-sale system

make food and smoothies, following proven recipes

prep food including accurate measuring and weighing

stock, re-stock and clean-up individual stations and back of house area

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare recipes: Crew members will be trained to complete orders (food and smoothies) according to our recipes or as customer’s request. All orders are made fresh.

Food prep: Crew members will be trained to prepare food for use in the front of the house stations

Cashier: Crew members will be trained to take accurate orders from our guests and handle money transactions.

Restock: Crew members will be trained to restock supplies and keep the flow of service running efficiently.

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN: Crew members will be trained on how to keep the Cafe in tip top shape at all times!

Requirements:

Reliable and Responsible

Strong communication and organizational skills

Pleasant disposition, sociable, accommodating nature, and enthusiasm

Self-motivation, creativity, and adaptability

Excellent customer service skills

Must be able to read English

Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

Available to work flexible hours

Experience with a POS system (desired)

Quick learner in a fast-paced environment
