OVERVIEW

At Zeta, we're on a mission to foster a workplace culture where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered. We're seeking a dedicated Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Intern who shares our commitment to building a community of trust and belonging.

Reporting to the Director of Culture & Inclusion, this role will be instrumental in supporting our global DEI initiatives, collaborating with employee-led groups, organizing events, and contributing to the creation of inclusive spaces.

THE INTERNSHIP

Collaborate closely with the Director of Culture and Inclusion and employee-led groups to facilitate the implementation and management of DEI projects.

Craft compelling internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged, including monthly email updates and quarterly newsletters.

Assist in coordinating events by managing event communications, calendar invites, presentation drafting, and fulfilling marketing requests.

Maintain various DEI trackers, including the programming calendar and Employee Resource Group (ERG) membership records.

Facilitate outreach to external partners by scheduling meetings and researching potential collaboration opportunities.

Participate in Zeta Unity meetings to support agenda tracking, DEI progress updates, and action item follow-ups.

WHO YOU ARE

Desire to deepen understanding of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and how to implement it in the workplace.

Effective communicator with strong writing skills

Strong attention to detail and highly organized

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines

Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
