Production Operator

Our production operations roles could include multiple positions and may provide support to different departments depending on needs of the plant.

Location: Carroll, IA

Shift: 1st Shift. 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required on a regular basis. Overtime is generally 6:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES could include:

Variety of Production roles in our plant

Reading job orders and blueprints

Making setups on assigned machines, according to blueprints

Cutting and bending metal to appropriate lengths

Stage product for shipment and forklift driving

Foaming panels

Carpentry and Framing panels

Assembly of products

Competently running most of the machines in the department

Be able to become proficient on machinery

ALL other duties as assigned to help out your teammates!

REQUIREMENTS

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Be able to lift 50-75+ lbs on a continual basis

Be able to push and pull carts

Be able to use repetitive motions

Have basic math skills and can use a calculator

Be able to reach overhead frequently

Be able to stand on concrete for up to 10 hours a day

Be able to read a tape measure and other basic measuring tools

QUALIFICATIONS

Team player

Production or manufacturing plant experience helpful!
