Certified Nursing Assistant - Meng Residence
Unity is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to patients, supporting daily activities, and offering companionship and support to patients are our Meng Residence.
Schedule: 12-hour shifts 6:00 am - 6:30 pm, 3 days per week, 36 hours per week, minimum every 3rd weekend, no on-call, holiday rotation.
Key Job Duties:
As the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide services and support under the direction of the RN while performing them with compassion and care. Providing mobility support, respiratory care, nutritional support, bowel and bladder management, monitoring vital signs, reading of CADD pumps, skin care, help with daily living activities, ordering supplies, offering companionship and support, pain report, and communicating any changes to the appropriate team members.

Essential Physical/Environmental/Technical Skills:
Employees must have the ability to; operate computers, telephones, and other office equipment, communicate both verbally and in writing, sit for prolonged periods of time as required by position, walk, bend and lift up to 35 pounds on occasion, organize and prioritize tasks. Requirements:
Qualifications
Completion of certified nursing assistant program, OR
Nursing student who has completed one semester of a clinical experience
Must be listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry and be eligible to work at state and federally certified facilities
Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License, reliable transportation and proof of current automobile insurance coverage
