Job Description: Are you ready to start a career in HVAC? Eco Performance Builders is seeking entry-level HVAC Installers to join our team, with a special focus on heat pump systems. Experience in HVAC or construction is a bonus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training on the job and offer after-hours training sessions at our shop twice a month for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

Entry-Level HVAC Installer:

Assist with the removal of outdated HVAC equipment and ducting.

Learn to install pre-engineered heat pump systems with ducting and boots.

Gain experience in air balancing, leak testing, and system commissioning.

Install ductwork, including cutting in new floor and ceiling boots.

Collaborate in building attic platforms.

Participate in the installation of heat pump equipment and refrigerant lines.
