We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team! We focus our energy on improving the lives of our customers and others around us. You will be improving lives by providing product and service information, entering orders and ultimately working to provide the lowest total cost solution to customers.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries
Build long term relationships with our customer base
Provide information about the products and services
Provide status updates on orders and repairs
Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Schedule appointments
Put smiles on faces
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attitude of Servitude and Positivity
