Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $15.50/hr.

Location: Sugarland

Branch Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

A credit union is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative. With your strong customer service and communication skills, you will profoundly impact the organization by assisting members and potential members with their financial transactions. Submit your resume today!

Responsibilities:

Provide members with information and direction regarding their accounts and explain services and products when needed.

Maintains member account information on a computer system.

Act as members’ advocate in offering products and services.

Work assigned reports to provide quality control.

Receive and process wire requests.

Answer phones immediately and respond to correspondence within one working day.

Accurately and effectively troubleshoot or direct all calls.

Process member transactions with minimal errors.

Add to and maintain knowledge of all new products, services, policies, and procedures.

Provide informed and professional assistance to all members and associates.

List Qualification or Requirements:

6 months or more months of related experience; Symitar.

A high school diploma/GED is required.

Must be computer literate with excellent communication skills.

Able to use the 10-key calculator and type accurately and efficiently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel.
